Recycling customers, in case you didn’t see the postcard from Republic Services (and, yes, it’s definitely true this time!):<\/p>\n

  2. Leave your current recycle bin(s) out the week of October 26th, where it will be exchanged FOR FREE for a 96 gallon recycle cart.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
